Qualoo has established a hard cap of 500 million QXT tokens, ensuring a measured and sustainable distribution approach. This allocation has been carefully structured to support our diverse ecosystem and achieve our mission of democratizing the internet's performance evaluation.

**Seed/Private/Strategic Sales:** For pre-public investors interested in investing in an ecosystem asset backed by the strong fundamentals of the team and product that should appreciate with greater user acquisition due to strong token use case.

**Public Sale:** These tokens are available for the public to purchase via the Qualoo website.

**Liquidity:** These tokens are reserved for providing liquidity across both Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs) and Centralized Exchanges (CEXs).&#x20;

**Ecosystem Rewards and Infrastructure:** Tokens used for rewards distribution primarily to Fixed Test Node operators set up Qualoo network infrastructure. These rewards will incentivize users to install nodes on various networks across regions and begin traffic monitoring.&#x20;

**Ecosystem Partnerships:** Tokens reserved for infrastructure partners that can supplement or boost Qualoo network development. These partners include network server companies, telecommunication access point hosts, etc.&#x20;

**Marketing & Promotion:** Tokens used to incentivize mobile node operators to perform event-based diagnostics tests and improve network coverage in areas that require mapping or updating.&#x20;

**Team:** Tokens reserved for the founding team and used to supplement compensation packages to extend the startup runway&#x20;

**Advisors:** Tokens reserved for the board of advisors to onboard expertise and partnerships that can facilitate early-stage growth.
