Analytics Platform

Qualoo's Test Network collects user experience and engineering performance data, encompassing elements like service quality, network routing, and data delivery. These tests are meticulously designed to generate high-quality data, with insights derived from a unified testing approach and comprehensive analysis across the Qualoo network, informed by decade of telecom consultancy experience.

Managing the vast real-time data collected, we utilize diverse methodologies for data storage, processing, and conversion into bespoke solutions tailored to various client segments and use cases. These solutions range from raw data, alerts, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to features like issue fingerprinting, real-time diagnostics, and push notifications.

Qualoo's Artificial Neural Network (ANN) harnesses machine learning to analyze real-time test results gathered every 15 minutes from each node. These tests cover the entire internet delivery stack and popular apps, with the ANN trained to predict service impacts and diagnose root causes.

By analyzing performance over different timeframes and historical data, Qualoo detects new service degradation or notable shifts in user experience. Common problem sources are identified through real-time performance data fingerprinting, grouping data by metadata like router hardware provider, location, ISP, IP subnet groups, and more.

Our analytical solutions cater to diverse client segments, from individual users to major global service providers. Given the varying technical proficiency, our insights packages are layered and scalable, with varying depths of analysis, enabling users to comprehend network status, pinpoint performance issues, and understand resolution steps.

Qualoo's analytics are delivered through various channels including our mobile application, web portal, email and SMS reports, or via API for premium subscribers. Below is an overview of some key features / tools available within the Qualoo ecosystem:

  • Test Node Analytics: Node operators can access insights on their test nodes, such as node health, QXT earnings, participation, staked tokens, and summarized internet performance data related to their location, benchmarked against global and local internet users' performance.

  • Client Dashboards: Each client segment uses Qualoo's internet performance data differently. Accordingly, Qualoo provides pre-made dashboards for each client type and also allows clients to create custom dashboards using accessible data based on their subscription tier.

  • Client Alerts: Alerts notify clients when performance thresholds are breached, either individually or in aggregate. These alerts can be served on-platform or integrated with third-party tools via API.

  • Client Reports: Predefined reports by Qualoo's team are available on our platform. These consultancy-style analytical and summary reports are tailored to each client segment. Advanced subscribers can generate their own reports, scheduled or triggered by exceptions like KPI breaches.

  • Stakeholder Notifications: Qualoo's analytics platform analyzes collected data, tagging events with our proprietary logic. These events can be converted into push notifications for different users like customers, engineers, customer care teams, and senior management. These alerts can inform engineering teams of new problems and their root cause, and keep customers updated about intermittent issues, reducing complaint calls as users are assured that known performance issues are being addressed.
