Client Data and Insights Platform (B2B)
The client-facing side of Qualoo’s business consists of both products and services. While both are powered by the end-user test network data pipeline, they both offer different values to different clients. Qualoo’s test network collects client data from different end users within the client’s network. This raw data and resulting reports and insights performed by Qualoo’s platform are available to clients on the client dashboard. The raw data access allows clients to perform their own analytics to understand user network bandwidth consumption, activity, peak times, etc. Additionally, clients are able to integrate test network data into their own analytical models and processes through API integrations. This serves to supplement a client’s existing data analytics efforts by providing the missing infrastructure from the end-user side. Qualoo’s platform will analyze this data via a machine learning backend to offer valuable insights in helping clients with the following objectives:
• Technical Troubleshooting: Clients can quickly identify and resolve issues within their own network through Qualoo’s real-time fault detection and resolution processes, all based on active network monitoring. Multiple test network nodes will provide issue detection from the end-user experience, allowing Qualoo to create a better customer experience.
• Network Optimizations: Qualoo’s insight dashboard will offer industry-informed recommendations to optimize client networks based on performance data from the test network. Our machine learning engines will offer issue prediction and insights on network congestion. This can allow clients to create implementation plans to solve recurring network issues.
‘ • Business Development: Qualoo’s comprehensive database can be leveraged to identify current end-users network activity habits and common issues to target for new customer acquisition, package upgrades, or customer retention.
• Customer Management: The client dashboard serves as a conduit to connect clients and their customers in an industry that traditionally lacks this level of interfacing and communication. Test network nodes can help clients understand their customer experiences in particular regions of their coverage map, giving valuable insights into a particular customer’s issues. Qualoo’s clients can streamline customer support efforts by more quickly and effectively addressing concerns.
• Comprehensive Reporting: The data analytics platform can supplement the client’s own reporting processes for both internal corporate reporting and regulatory reports.
